Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

At Bee-Healthy, we take pride in the quality of our honey and fresh produce. Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 15 days of delivery at mubangachisulo06@gmail.com or call 352-322-0115. Upon receipt and review of your claim (including photos of the damage), we will issue store credit for the value of the affected item.

Perishable Products Honey and fresh vegetables are perishable goods and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive in a damaged or unusable condition. We are unable to accept returns on opened or partially used products.

Non-Perishable Items For any non-perishable items, return requests must be submitted within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

How to Request Store Credit

  1. Email us at mubangachisulo06@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item.
  2. We will review your request within 2–3 business days.
  3. Store credit will be issued to your account upon approval.
